How is "give preference" different to discrimination?
Does this bill cover organisation that aren't run by an ancient Arab Mythology Cult? for instance can a State School choose a non-superstitious person over a Arab Mythology Cultist? If not, why not?
Can a Science based Business, Laboratories etc, also choose to preference people of non-cult affiliation? Currently the question of ones superstitions is forbidden from being asked in interviews, has that changed?
