When you have Evans & Koh you haven't got much to work with. Remember these two have been show the door at CHM. Those responsible for the relisting of CHM and their legal team at AH are a lot more astute, determined and better resourced than Evans & Koh with their QC.

Unlike Evans & Koh with no idea what they were doing effort, AH will get CHM's claim into court and I doubt it will be some long drawn out action some are anticipating unlike many have suggested. It will be won or lost on the substantiation of a relatively short money trail and the cheques littering that trail.
