I guess they must have had some specs to quote from. When will we see them?

Now we should see a stream of dates / targets for construction with a little more certainty.

No projected costs here. Not much more detail than , "There's this bloke we know who has done this sorta thing before and he's really good".

Nice progress though. More and more proof for the market.
