I don't hold, but have been thinking about buying.
Are there any court cases or proposed law changes in Australia similar to Assembly Bill 5 in California, which redefines the employment relationship between the ride sharing app provider and the driver?
The biggest issue I have with the various ride sharing apps is there is virtually no barrier to entry for them; and that there are services taxis can provide that Uber and others can't.
i.e. driving through bus lanes, especially during peak hour, picking up passengers on the side of the road, and driving children without requiring child seats (for those over 12 months), which can be somewhat troublesome with Uber.
I don't know if A2B is necessarily a great business, but at this price, I consider it worthy of thinking about at the very least.
