very true... this is similar to the period we have in Australia from say 22nd December to 4-5th January... nothing gets done in that time... offices are closed... people on holidays.... no one in the mood to discuss any business.... it is time to put your feet up and open a beer or two...

same thing in India atm...Diwali is the biggest festival out there and except the 2 hours of trading tomorrow on the Bombay Stock Exchange to ring in the Hindu New Year no business transaction goes through at this time...

As I mentioned in one of my posts earlier, expect something only after the 28th when the 5th and final day of the Diwali festivities is done with....
