Uncleapl thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond;

I made the statement about the board restructure based on the update the company update made on the 23rd Feb:

It is expected that one or possibly two suitably qualified candidates will be invited to join the Board in the March quarter.

This has also been confirmed by Matt that we are on track.

In regards to the July 4C comment -  yes that is my view. However given the sales and the dramatic ramp up of online and store presence of Olay Magnemask along with the previous numbers in the 4C's it doesn't take much to work out that we will be positive cashflow come July.  Remember our burn rate is only around $1mil per quarter.
