Still twisting things. Its all about the risk posed by Trump when he was President.
They are asking for changes that have more checks and balances and would likely have the Presidents blessing. Its a good thing imo.
They want a review to have better checks and balances because when Trump was in power there was serious concern over his sole control of the nuclear processes.
