I know everyone is looking forward to ICSID finding in our favour , but is everyone aware that the average time to make an award is 1.2yrs? Or the average case goes for 3.6yrs? Or that once an award is made it is up to that countries local courts to enforce it? I really hope the complete silence is because a deal is being worked out, cause this could literally drag out to the end of the decade. Don’t believe it? Well the longest ICSID cases have taken over 10yrs.
