"Would the DRC care what the courts on the world stage rule"
IMO they don't give a toss because to all intents and purpose the DRC is controlled and funded by China and the brown paper bag system that isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
Holders should be very concerned about the imminent delisting - its a big deal.
