We are betting on pressure making the DRC cave in, the favorable ISCID ruling is what we want to add to that pressure. No one wants the case to proceed.
It would be very unfortunate if we had to see it out to its end, but what other choice is there? It's what has to be done. There's a chance this will all come to an end in a few months time, but AVZ have many legal cases to persue for damages after it's all over.
