Im a go all conspiracy and say this is a play from the big boys. Thier plan is to absorb companies in swedan that specialized in uranium that will go bankrupt from this legislation change and then suddenly it wont passed. Little guys lose, big boys buy up uranium stockpiles for next to nothing -pure profits.
But seriously why would the sweds do this? Why not tax the exports. It wont stop the resource being mined in other countries (with a lot less safety standards).
