This is exactly what I confused with. Banning the uranium production is not because buying or selling of uranium harm the society. The government's excuse of banning uranium production is the environmental concern. There will be uranium exposure to the ground surface during uranium mining and the uranium wast have radiation. Is it possible that further explanation or rules about the uranium concentration will be made by the government. Is it possible that if the mine contains uranium above some threshold then all the other elements cannot be mined. The company really need to make announcement to clarify that the policy will not influence vanadium mining in haggan.
