From a simplistic charting/psychology perspective, i see 3 targets for BLY.

1. Hit 30c, and let the mass 10% SPP profit takers get out.

2. Break the 33c short term resistance that its tried to break three times since the SPP hype price surge.

3. Once it does achieve/sustain above the 33c, then I think the confidence in BLY will be significantly improved to hit the mid 40's.

If it does achieve early 40c, by then I guess, BLY should improve its attractiveness to the non believers.
