An investor accepts FAS offer prior to the 9th January while the FAS share price is in the range of 30-34c, and then 17 days later with FAS in the range of 25-28c he suddenly discovers that he doesn't hold any GWR shares, you have got be kidding.
He then proceeds to say it was a mistake after forgetting that he requested an EGM to remove three directors and nominate a Falak representive, you got to be kidding.
"Falak's acceptance, which came just before Fairstar extended its four-month-old offer another month", how coincidental, you got to be kidding.
"Fairstar processed the acceptance and has refused a request from Falak for the return of its Golden West shares", how unusual, you got to be kidding.
