Only one thing will stop anyone making a bid, the MD and board of GWR appointed by FAS as controlling shareholders will control the game. Should someone else wish to pay more for the GWR shares that would be in FAS and GWR's interest and yours presumably. Is this why you are suggesting it and will we now see this as every second thread?
