Western Metals is pleased to announce it has received all airborne geophysical data and
interpretation for the North Block, EL 14724, of the West Georgetown project in Queensland. The
data, FalconTM airborne gravity, magnetics and radiometrics, were acquired and interpreted by
BHP Billiton, resulting in four exciting anomalies. The anomaly signatures are considered to be
consistent with those expected from a Broken Hill Type Ag-Pb-Zn mineralised system.
The four target anomalies are characterised by discrete excess mass anomalies identified from
FalconTM gravity data, as well as coincident magnetic responses on some of the anomalies. The
technology applied has been successful in “seeing” these four significant anomalies through up to
200m of cover. They are in structurally favourable locations, occurring in the Daniel Creek,
Corbett, Lane Creek, and Townley geological formations, all considered favourable host
stratigraphy for Ag-Pb-Zn mineralisation within the Robertson River Subgroup.
The gravity anomalies vary in size and characteristics, and are summarised below:
Name Dimensions Additional Features to Gravity Response
Target 1 2.6 x 0.6 km Favourable structural setting, near surface, coincident
    magnetic response
Target 2 1.1 x 0.25 km Strong depth continuity, near surface
Target 3 2.4 x 1.4 km Strong depth continuity, on basin margin, near surface,
    coincident magnetic response
Target 4 1.9 x 0.9 km Strong depth continuity, on basin margin, >100m depth from
    surface
Western Metals will immediately commence planning for the next phase of Ag-Pb-Zn exploration
on the North Block including ground follow-up and drill testing of the four compelling anomalies.
In parallel with the Ag-Pb-Zn program, Western Metals has commenced detailed structural and
geological interpretation of all available North Block data to define copper-gold and uranium
    targets.
Data from the South Block, EL 14722, will be delivered to Western Metals in the coming weeks at
which time a similar analysis to the North Block will be undertaken.
Western Metals’ Managing Director George Bauk said, “these outstanding results from West
Georgetown demonstrate our commitment to deliver on our promises to aggressively explore on
all of our projects, taking the time to acquire and interpret data in a careful and professional way
to ensure the highest probability of success.”
