For what it is worth this may in fact be a blessing in disguse. Im sure many planned to sell into the first jv, but due to the vague announcment they would still be holding, and as a result will still be holding when the bigger deals are done. With range to receive 60% of any farm in deals, maybe the canmex sign on fee will be determined by the ability of canmex to introduce a third party?
