An Australian businessman is in a Thai immigration detention centre pending extradition to Australia to face possible charges linked to a troubled IT company.
John Falconer, 68, who faced a Thai court earlier this month, is expected to fly back to Australia within 30 days to face charges related to his position as a former company secretary and director of the ASX-listed TZ Ltd.
