Looking at the market for past few days, all Junior Iron Ore miners have lost ground and SP reductions. Look at GRR, MGX, AGO etc.
GBG SP is inline with the market and perhaps nothing to do with GBG itself.
Still 3 days left to the end of July so still time for an announcement :)
