There is no takeover offer. When I say does anyone want to buy my business and a few people ask for details that is not a takeover offer.
The company was selling at $3.20 and it has now suffered a 10% drop in EPS and a major shareholder for no apparent reason want's to dump a large parcel of stock.
In addition it has been my experience of takeover targets that the management will do everything they can to hang in there and hold their jobs.
What a novelty where the management want out and make a beg to the world at large to let them out of the company.
A lot of smart people, not including me, reckon the whole thing is a farce. We'll see. If anyone pays anything like $4.50 for this stock I will be shorting them the moment they do it.
