    I don't know how many times we have to correct you on this point Syringe, maybe someday it will get through that BIG THICK NOGGIN of yours.

    The KEY WORDS in PHY's original release RE "strategic review" on the 27 OCt 2004 were:

    "the company has received a number of unsolicited approaches"

    one more time..

    "UNSOLICITED APPROACHES".

    They were not looking for bidders, the bidders saw value and approached them. And yes, they saw value at $3.20!!!
