You could be right. Definatley makes sense as the graph does not lie and says it all. However i think your conclusions are rather alarmist. I don't thinkt the SP will collapse by as much as you are stating.....low 1's or 90's possible but that would be an excellent place to accumulate for the future. lithium has a bright future IMHO.
