Fancy trying to sustain an argument on percenatges less than a quarter of one per cent... good stuff that you are on!
I would have more time for what you say if the CER substantial shareholder change notices were rolling out but they are simply not doing so.
Shorters selling it down, as they can, fits the facts much much better - in the absence of such notices. CNP was being sold down too when it was on the shorts list. CNP not suffering from this now means less 'interest/volume' i CNP - now CNP cerainly had the 'interest/volume' when it was on the shorts list.
Lastly the asx shorts report is but a snapshot at end of day and does not represent shorts sold and bought back before close of trade.
