Last weeks action with REITS was mainly due to fund managers following stupid rules, they don't look at fundamentals when they follow these rules. I agree with the great work done by defabstar. We should be looking at NTA >1.00. market will be quite conservative if sp is still trading under 10 cents. For me it has become a long term investment & I will hold it until it hits 40 or 50 cents.
