I made 2 phone calls 2 weeks ago regarding this (ASIC and ASX)

CER are on the short sale ban list.

I monitor this list daily and it has never been larger than the last reported percentage.

Apparently there are permitted exceptions which are listed on this release.

As I understand it,the current ban finishes on the 6 March.
