They have gone from a market cap if $836M down to $32M since December last year.

I believe they have some riskier property investments in areas in WA and Western Sydney,which will be more exposed to slowly property prices..

I am optimistic about the property market in the next 5 years, as I believe we wont witness a slowdown anywhere near what we are seeing in other parts of the world like the US and Europe..

Our supply/demand is completely different!
