Sorry about that. My question was whether we know these 3 former directors are not in a position to pay back the 1.3 million? If they are unable to pay the money back, why haven't bankruptcy notices been reissued? Isn't it normal procedure for the appellant to apply for a Stay against the judgement pending the outcome of the appeal? This hasn't happened to my knowledge. Surely our legal team would not have allowed these 3 directors (if in fact they have no recoverable assets) the opportunity to tear up another 100k on an appeal?
