It would seem Mr Clueless that you are under the misapprehension that we have a justice system. We don't. We have a legal system, designed first and foremost to enrich the lawyers. It allows, and even encourages all sorts of delays and outrageous expenses. I don't know the answers but I am sure that IVX is doing its best to get some return for shareholders. The system makes it incredibly difficult as I have learned from bitter experience.
