    The arithmetic is that CBio shareholders finished up with 62.5% of the new company, IVX, and the previous Inversion shareholders held 37.5%. Not that it matters, but in my definition that is a takeover by CBio. Old CBio shareholders should be very grateful that the Inversion management took control. I am sure even Ralph Craven would readily admit that they were more able in the biotech field than he was. Obviously the old management from CBio had to go. It really is irrelevant, as the last three years has seen a huge advance, even if the market does not recognise it yet.
