This is what happens when you do a deal with the devil ( a slight exaggeration ) they take advantage of the pricing period timing and investors get scarred of. Purely from a business perspective it's in the best interest of these guys the Special Opportunity Fund which serve as anything but a special opportunity to issue as many shares as possible at a lower price. I warned about this happening previously but I still invested cognisant of that fact. Why because if successful the company they can turn this $4m into a lot more within their targeted markets.
