Twigman, it is simply not true to say that the current Cpn trial is too small. This could well be true if they were looking for subjective results of patient symptoms. The principal end point in this trial is the objective measurement of IL-6 levels. A range of other blood factors are measured. The results of these objective measures will be quite robust in the small trial underway. The work by St. Thomas and Guy's researchers is so compelling that an indication of efficacy in this trial will make a whole range of big pharmas extremely interested. Make no mistake about that!
