I am sure zman will answer it way better than I ever will... but, unfortunately they don't explain or elaborate more on the metrics behind these numbers... I.e. Withdrawals are down, but what about overall atm numbers etc, have they'd diminished also and a reason for it...

I sent a similar article to todd last week knowing someone would post it...

I will let him explain, but, I was very content...

That and they know that withdrawal numbers are decreasing in specific areas and demographs etc... Stl are aiming at the areas/locations where numbers will always be high...
