First, the billion dollar industry would take a long time i reckon.
Second, What chance would you reckon of GBG, virtually an Australian unit of Anshan Steel, which is i believe a chinese govt-owned operation, winning control of an australian govt radioactive materials dump in australia?
I don't about you, but this seems unlikely to me.
Are there overriding national interest and national security issues here?
