Traders, (mostly 'short') trying to force out shares, of shares that they badly need. I 'watch' movements on this one both on the Nasdaq & here on the ASX and that's how I see it.

PSDV appeared (once again) on the Reg SHO list on friday after close of trading, representing (at least) 10,000 shares are "NAKED" short of PSDV stock.
