I think south of sydney (Illawarra,wollongong).They are becoming more attractive to people working in sydney but prefer less of the congestion that sydney throws up.Its seems to be the big picture they are starting to look at for a lot less $$$.I ALWAYS buy 3 bdr villas in a block of two and i buy them both.You get bigger bang for your buck.If the shite hits the fan sell one keep the other your still in the market.Rent from two villas far exceeds rent from a std 4 bdr house.It also gives you twice the depreciation come tax time.If people cant afford that 3 or 4 bdr house in suburbia they will settle for something that is close to the mark offering space,garage and a place to throw the bbq until they can afford to move to the next level _ebit
