I don't think Baosteel will put in an offer because of their synergy with Bucklands. IMHO it's not as important to them as it is to IOH. Their stage 1 area of Cardo etc gives them plenty of resource and it is a good product. The intended railway for this is still a good 30 km from Bucklands. I think they will take a wait and see approach to BC iron developing Bucklands.
