"On May 25 Imugene’s chairman Paul Hopper also exercised 25 million options at about 4¢ each at a cash cost of $1.07 million. Last December Hopper entered into a funding arrangement for “taxation and investment commitments” with an investment bank secured by 107.2 million shares."
I hope this isn't one of those deals where you take the money upfront and if the share price falls you say "sorry, I had no choice but to sell. I had a margin call."
