Declining prices from oversupply, Trump trade war and possible United States recession (bond yield warning sign), China growth slowing, China subsidies on EV pulled, EV sales not as strong as projected and many other factors.
But really, if you invest in miners, you need to understand that commodity prices will fluctuate based on global conditions. I wouldn't recommend PLS to anyone who is risk averse or cannot remain an investor for medium to long term.
If PLS can't secure finance for the next stage and have to raise funds, the share price will be smashed. Perhaps in the 50c range. Not very good.
