does it really matter if it gets to $4 because ultimately its going to take some time for the share price to establish its true value. only matters if you sell or you are highly leveraged. i paid over $5 and i feel reasonably comfortable when taking a long term view. the market is treating this as if they only build trains. Downer has a diversified client base over many different sectors. My jotted down figures shows work book at $16billion with rail resprsenting about $5billion. And rail revenue was about 15% of their total revenue for 6 mths up to Dec2009.
Just remember those who are telling you its going to fall to $4 are waiting to buy your shares so they are highly motivated.
