The sad thing is the company and the ASX wont detail why the relisting failed twice.

Then people speculate, I remember reading something from another poster discussing why its easier to do an IPO rather than relist.

Just a continuation of poor management and communication which as the market cycles always catches up....

Last time it was the ASX being a bully and making it difficult.... The next excuse will be the market conditions
