@TechWreck: thanks for that , that's interesting. For what it's worth, the stock is up slightly in the UK on not very strong volume.
I would point out that the link provided by TechWreck gives a malware alert in Avast, my antivirus software. Now this could be a false positive and no offense/insinuation is intended towards TechWreck, but best go with the following link:
