Good question.
A lot of it depends on the trucking distance from the plant from the operations. The good thing is that the ore isn't going to be all lower grade oxide which has larger trucking costs and OP waste strip ratios (thus more fuel).
The drop in fuel costs benifits all mines.
However David has said in his announcement a few weeks ago that they plan to be the most profitable Ni mine in Australia.
It is hard to predict future Ni prices but in August Paddington Securities released a report and gave Ni the thumbs up.
