    It looks like the payout was $440k from the release, it was the contracted amount +/- disclosed in the Annual Report. Real problem was who agreed to this?? 1 year for a guy there 4 years, and who got rewarded on the way.

    I am feeling like the company is a buy, but it was $900k negative cashflow last half, will probably be negative this half with the payout (mabye $100-200K) - so the debt free and $1m in cash is now "we are in debt again - I reckon $0-200k?".
