cheap charlie look at your chart properly, 8.4 would be next support level and it actually coincides with Fib retrace 50% support level too. 2 TA indicators saying 8.4
But, sp action today held at 9.0 Fib 38% level and with permits expected from tomorrow onwards i would be a little bit more bullish here,
on a personal note, you seem to be a very pessimistic person, maybe you should be objective instead of subjective here..
your chart is a little bit novice, 7.3 is not a support level at all
