Lets get the SP down and then permit is given and SP goes up, quick profit over a couple of days.
Now I have no idea if large players would attempt this, but the indications are looking good so far, as I am not able to find any public submissions yet.
Though submission and upload to online database may have a time lag.
8.5cents would be a big oversell, but anything can happen!
