falling share price

I wonder if management have noticed that the share price has fallen significantly over the last few months.
You wouldnt think a BFS is about to released, you would think this was a company with a few positive soil/sed stream results, and not a resource statement.
Furthermore, management perhaps should be showing faith by buying in at discount prices (perhaps?)and not waiting for bonus handouts.....just sayin. What would I know I'm just a shareholder, and this is just my opinion.
