Interesting question. As many LT investors here would know, Lynas has delivered in all aspects of the business it is in. The management is A grade and the earnings and profits, speak for themselves. What more can the market want from this company? I can only wonder if there could be an element of sexism involved here? I have a feeling that mining is still considered a man’s game and to have a woman running a successful mining business, just doesn’t gel within the “mostly male” investment diaspora. I hope that I’m wrong but why else does Lynas exhibit such fragility on the ASX? I just wonder how different it would be if there was a Male CEO? I suspect that sexism is still alive and well in the industry.
