my concerns are the that as we draw each drawdown from our new finacial backer he is issued at a 10% discount. i hope i am right with this. so according to lee he wont report to the market when we are making a draw down, so are we to assume tha every time we see a 10% fall with a brief stabilization a drawdown has occurred.

how long does this have to happen till the financier says its not viable
