Good question Indigo! Imo, too low an SP and would give too much dilution required to fill 30% equity, if that's the way we go. You can see target SP from brokers has increased because the SP has increased since their last reports. Too high a SP will potentially deter some companies from becoming involved as they want as many shares as possible.Then again the SP at time of deals is not of huge importance because they will negotiate the terms but it will provide a benchmark and may increase bargaining power. It all depends on many variables that we are unfortunately not privvy to but if there is competition for equity partners that will be good for SDL negotiating powers.

As always the market will decide whats best but would be interested to hear some more experienced opinions.
