    Depending on how you want to look at it,
    DCN has had 2 - 3 attempts at upside breaks from the falling wedge pattern.

    Falling Wedges are indeed supposed to be ultimately a bullish pattern, that resolves by breaking to the upside.

    So stay tuned!
